The first recipe is this:
Crumble:
This is a cake make with fruit.The fruits are covered with a mass of flour, sugar and lard. It´s in the habit of using accompanied as custard or ice-cream and warm.
The most used fruits are: the apples, the defaults and the pears.
It is possible to do the mass with flour and butter
It was born in England in the second World war.
Ingredients:
50 gr. of sugar
50 gr. of almonds in powder.
60 gr. of butter
1 yolk of eggs
250 gr. of strawberries
100 gr. of raspberries
100 gr. of defaults
100 gr. of currants
Ice cream of vanilla:
25 cl. Of milk
5 cl. Of pasteurized cream
1 bar of vanilla
4 yolks of eggs
40 gr. of sugar
Recipe:
Prepare the ice-cream:
Set the milk to boil, together with the cream and the grains of vanilla.
It beats the yolks of egg with the sugar, until the mixture remains whitish.
Later untie it with the milk hirviendo, without stopping beating.
Leave it to slow fire during 5 minutes, removing continuously until the mixture become thick.
It extinguishes the fire just before it starts to boil and put the pan in cold water.
It allows that it should cool, removing occasionally.
To throw this cold cream in a refrigerator and to allow that the ice cream should be done in the freezer.
To prepare the mass of the crumble:
To mix the sugar, the almonds in powder, 50 gr. of butter, the flour and the yolk of the egg. It rubs these ingredients between your hands, up to obtaining a few fat crumbs.
Extend them in a plate covered with paper sulfurizado.
To wash and to cut the strawberries for the half.
To wash well the currants.
To put the mass of the crumble in the oven preheated to 170 ° during approximately 12 minutes. In a frying pan to put the butter and to attack during 2 minutes the chunks of strawberries, the currants, the raspberries and the defaults.
Repratir the red fruits mixed in the plates, to throw above the mass of the still warm crumble, and to place aside an ice cream of vanilla.
To serve immediately.
